I first visited Dianne in the late 90's with a golf injury - sprained achilles tendon - and was most impressed with the treatment I received and was soon back on the Golf Course. I later received treatment for an injured instep, then sciatica and now a problem around my sacroiliac joint, and I cannot speak too highly of the treatment I have/am receiving. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone requiring physiotherapy to go Physio Fettle.

I have for some months been suffering a great deal of pain in my back, which as a keen cyclist competing in Time Trials meant I couldn't ride my bike but more importantly I was struggling getting through a normal working day and couldn't even get a good night's sleep with the pain. Dianne treated me using a combination of massage, stretching and ultrasound and after the first session I had immediate relief from the pain. After a couple of sessions I was back on my bike and sleeping like a baby. It is clear to me that Dianne has excellent diagnostic skills, can provide a good range of treatment options and is interested in rehabilitation and education to help manage any recurring problems.

I have known Dianne Allan for many years, firstly at her Egremont practice where she treated me initially for a neck injury. Dianne now visits me at home to treat my osteoarthritis as part of her peripatetic practice. I have always found Dianne to be a dedicated professional and committed to provide the most beneficial treatment for me as a client. Her continued treatment enables me to manage my condition.
